Feyinshop Vendor Charges, Commission & Payout Policy

At Feyinshop, we believe in complete transparency and supporting our vendor community. This policy outlines our fee structure, how your earnings are calculated, how you can request payouts, and when you can expect funds in your account.

1. Transparency Guarantee: No Hidden Charges

We charge no registration, setup, monthly subscription, listing, or hidden fees.

• Registration Fee: ₹0 (Free)
• Monthly/Annual Store Subscription: ₹0 (Free)
• Product Listing Fee: ₹0 (Free)
• Hidden Processing Charges: ₹0 (Free)

The only fee associated with selling on Feyinshop is a flat platform commission of 8% on the selling price of successful sales.

2. Commission Calculation & Earnings

Our 8% commission is deducted automatically upon checkout. The remaining 92% goes directly to your Vendor Wallet (Earnings).

The Formula

$$\text{Platform Commission} = \text{Product Selling Price} \times 8%$$ $$\text{Vendor Earnings} = \text{Product Selling Price} \times 92%$$

Example Calculation

If a customer purchases an item from your shop with a selling price of ₹1,000:

1. Platform Commission (8%): ₹80
2. Your Net Earnings (92%): ₹920 (credited to your vendor wallet)

[!NOTE] Commission is calculated strictly on the item selling price (excluding shipping costs where shipping is managed separately).

3. How to Withdraw Your Money

Once your customer orders are completed and past their return window, the funds become available in your active balance. You can request a payout directly to your bank account.

Step-by-Step Withdrawal Process

1. Log in to your Vendor Dashboard.
2. Navigate to the Withdrawals section on the sidebar.
3. Click on the Create Withdrawal button.
4. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw.
5. Select your preferred payout method (e.g., Bank Transfer, which you configure under Settings → Payout Information).
6. Submit the request.

Key Rules

• Minimum Withdrawal Limit: ₹500 (You must have at least ₹500 in your active balance to request a withdrawal).
• Withdrawal Fee: ₹0 (There are no fees charged by Feyinshop for processing your withdrawals).

4. Settlement Timeline (3 to 4 Business Days)

After you submit a withdrawal request, our accounting team reviews and approves it.

• Processing & Transit Time: It takes 3 to 4 business days for the funds to reflect in your designated bank account after the withdrawal request has been approved.
• Bank Holidays & Weekends: Please note that bank settlements are not processed on national holidays or weekends. Withdrawal requests submitted on Fridays or during holidays may require extra time to clear.

5. Ensuring Smooth Payouts

To prevent any payout delays, please ensure your details are complete and accurate:

1. Check Bank Transfer Fields: Ensure your Account Number, Bank Name, and Bank IFSC Code are entered correctly in your Store Settings.
2. Order Completion: Ensure you update order statuses to "Completed" and fulfill deliveries on time, as withdrawals can only be processed from your cleared (active) balance.
